Shipping policy

We process & pack orders within 24 hours, except high volume days i.e holidays, where we process within 3 business days.

US & Canada orders, please allow 5-7 business days for Standard shipping after processing. For Express shipping, please allow 3-5 business days after processing.

For International orders, please allow 10-14 business days after processing.

Order tracking is available under "Track my order" in the pop-up chat.

 

QueenBee Jewelry is not responsible for any lost or unsuccessful delivery to incorrectly filled out addresses; therefore, we advise customers to make sure the delivery address is correct and updated (including in the event of sending as "gift" to another address).  In the case of missing or lost parcels to a correct address, refunds will only be processed upon official confirmation from the shipping company. 

Queenbee Jewelry is not responsible to any additional duties per country or state/province; therefore, we advise to check with your local regulations for any duties may occur.
