QueenBee Local Reports Privacy

Last updated: October 25, 2026

This policy describes the independent QueenBee Local Reports application used by the owner of QueenBee Jewelry. It covers the application's Google account access and local reporting workflow. It is separate from the online store's shopping privacy policy.

Information accessed

The application requests the Google Gmail read-only permission, with the account owner's consent. This Google permission permits viewing email messages and settings in the authorized mailbox. The implemented workflow searches for Sellerboard report messages, reads matching messages and their headers, checks the account information in those messages, and downloads the selected original messages and Goods/Totals CSV report attachments. It does not send, delete, archive or mark emails.

Purpose

These records are used to authenticate and check Sellerboard exports, match report periods, avoid duplicate imports and prepare local business reports. The mailbox identity is checked to help prevent collection from the wrong account.

Storage and protection

The application stores the selected original report messages, report attachments, source metadata, integrity hashes, derived reports and authorization information on the owner's Mac. The deployed Mac uses FileVault disk encryption, and credential directories and files are restricted to the owner's user account. Authorization tokens are used to connect to Google and are not included in public source code or published reports.

Sharing and AI processing

The independent collection service does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or send Gmail messages or attachments to AI model APIs. Google receives the authentication and API requests needed to provide its services. Google user data is not sent to Marketplace Ad Pros as part of this collection workflow. Any separate sharing of reports by the owner is outside this independent collector and requires the owner's own decision.

Retention and deletion

Local report files and history are retained until the owner removes them. Revoking Google access prevents further authorized collection but does not automatically delete previously downloaded local files or backups. The owner can stop the collection service, revoke the application's access in Google Account connections, and remove the stored authorization information, report messages, CSV files, generated reports and applicable backups.

Limited Use

QueenBee Local Reports' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
