QueenBee Local Reports

QueenBee Local Reports is a private reporting application used by the owner of QueenBee Jewelry to review business performance on a Mac.

What the application does

The application retrieves QueenBee's Amazon US and Canada records and imports Sellerboard report exports from an authorized Gmail account. It checks the source files and produces local reports about sales, recorded expenses, advertising and inventory.

Google account access

With the account owner's consent, the application requests Gmail read-only access. It searches for Sellerboard reporting emails, checks their sender and authentication headers, and downloads the selected report emails and CSV attachments. The read-only permission cannot send, delete or change messages.

The Google permission technically allows reading messages and settings across the authorized mailbox. The application's implemented workflow limits its searches and processing to Sellerboard reporting messages.

Private operation

The reporting service runs locally on the owner's Mac. This page describes the application; it does not provide public access to the reporting interface or business records.
